Reception and Opening Ceremony

To kick off the first day with plenty of interaction, networking, and good food, we invite all participants to our Reception and Opening Cocktail of CBSoft 2026. It will be a relaxed and exclusive gathering, specially prepared to celebrate our community coming together again.

  • Date: September 8, 2026 (Tuesday)

  • Time: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (there will be a few buses leaving from USP; more information coming soon)

  • Location: Chacrinha – Vila Leopoldina

  • Access: The space is reserved exclusively for event participants.

About the Venue

Chacrinha is a welcoming venue made up of three areas: Pracinha, Jardim, and Paraíso Perdido. The space combines open-air and covered areas designed to provide comfort and a smooth experience [https://www.instagram.com/a_chacrinha/]:

  • Capacity: Up to 300 people in the covered area and 250 people in the open-air area.

  • Facilities: The venue will be set up and decorated for the event, with a central bar, 4 restrooms, and a dedicated staff team.

Live Music

The soundtrack for the evening will be provided by a live performance from Jazz Prazz Dezz, featuring a special selection of jazz, MPB, and Brazilian rock to liven up the cocktail.

  • Pilsen Craft Beer: Served directly from the cold room, with an additional mobile draft beer station at a second location to ensure quick service and avoid crowds.

  • Soft Drinks: Still and sparkling mineral water, as well as regular and zero soft drinks.

  • Welcome Snacks: Unlimited popcorn and peanuts.

  • Conchas da Vó: A selection of Italian-style preserves, pickles, olives, and pearl onions.

Participants who wish to have alcoholic beverages not included in the open bar menu or order other items from the venue will be able to pay directly at the venue using an individual tab.
